• Losses resulting from a user's own disclosure of personal information.

You may request to close your account at any time. Any pending withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed. H Baazi reserves the right to terminate an account for the following reasons:

• Violating the Terms & Conditions or engaging in prohibited activities.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Where it becomes necessary to close an account for legal or regulatory reasons.

If an account is closed and a valid balance remains, it will be refunded subject to verification. However, in cases of closure due to a breach of these terms, the balance may be forfeited.
